Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team in Australia. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and driving adoption of our most critical systems to ensure our organization is successful for the near and long term.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, people, and more to understand business needs, engineer solutions, and ensure our systems are aligned with our goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices
- Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs
- AUS Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
