- Providing exceptional care and support to clients in various settings
- Demonstrating flexibility and resilience in challenging situations
- Effective communication with clients and their families
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the safety of all parties involved
- Accurately documenting reports and information to support other staff members

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- A First Aid Certificate and CPR certification
- A Police check
- The right to work in Australia
- A Class C driver's license
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A Blue card
- A Cert III in Individual Support/Disability (desirable)

It is also desirable if you possess prior experience supporting someone with a disability or have a can-do attitude with a passion for helping others.
