Support Professional

We are seeking Support Professionals to join our team. Our Support workers will need to be kind and caring by nature, consistent, and have a genuine passion for assisting and supporting others to live the life they choose.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A genuine passion for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients' needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Qualification in Disability Care or equivalent experience
- Positive NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Drivers License and access to reliable, insured vehicle
- The right to work in Australia
- COVID 19 vaccination x 3 certified (mandatory)

- Meal prep
- Transport
