Job Title:

Aged Care Project Manager

Project Overview:

The Maggie Beer Foundation aims to enhance food experiences for ageing Australians in aged care.

Founded by Maggie in 2014, the Foundation collaborates with governments and health professionals to drive better dining experiences.

A three-year plan is underway, focusing on developing new standards and education/training programs to achieve mandated objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning and leadership of the project, communicating objectives to stakeholders/partners;
  • Developing and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders/partners;
  • Establishing/project governance, risk management, and compliance, including reporting/advice;
  • Financial oversight and reporting, ensuring a profitable/sustainable business model.
Requirements:
  • Management experience in multi-functioned service environments;
  • Collaboration skills, government/community engagement, and leadership abilities;
  • Experience in aged care, health, and not-for-profit sectors beneficial but not required.
