Future-Ready Commercial Officer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative individual to support our experimentation activities and inform our future capability. This role involves managing contract and service agreements, coordinating contract management, and developing commercial proposals that achieve value for money.

  • Strategic Contract Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework and Defence policies.
  • Contract Coordination: Manage tender documentation, selection processes, and contractor performance issues.
  • Financial Analysis: Oversee financial reporting and analysis activities to support informed decision-making.
  • Relationship Building: Foster productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop commercial proposals that achieve value for money.
