Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and support functions to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure end-to-end processes are executed in line with company policies and finance timelines.
- Continuously enhance service delivery by learning new technical skills and developing existing capabilities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate competency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded but not essential.
