About the Role

Aurex Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead one of their flagship development projects in Western Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project to achieve the best outcome for the group and its partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development project in Western Sydney, ensuring compliance with HSE systems and risk management procedures.
  • Manage and report on the financial performance of projects, including budgets, tender evaluations, and cashflows.
  • Oversee design and value management, including consultant engagement and construction advice for new project bids.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage customer contractual agreements and build positive customer relationships.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System and compliance with defect rectification and post-completion issues.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Property, Construction, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Strong track record in development, construction, and projects with exposure to resource allocation, cost management, and reporting.
  • Strong people skills and ability to manage ambiguity and constant changes effectively.
  • Exposure to compliance and safety knowledge.
  • Current working knowledge of the NSW planning environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients and meet shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
