Civil Construction Manager Job Description

Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing onsite civil works, personnel, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onsite civil works, personnel, and contractors
  • Oversee day-to-day aspects of civil construction
  • Provide empowering leadership to site teams

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience supervising civil works on large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record in a supervisor capacity
  • Proficient computer literacy, with the ability to work with MS Office Suite
  • A strong focus on safety culture and demonstrated knowledge of SQE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
