Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food and customer service to Defence personnel and their families based in Woomera.

  • Supervise, coordinate and train the Food & Beverage team to achieve high-performance bar operations.
  • Prepare weekly rosters and maintain employee records and timesheets.
  • Manage the performance of Food & Beverage team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring work performance and providing feedback.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with stakeholders to anticipate stock requirements across all bars.

Requirements:

  • HACCP Level 3 certification is essential for this role.
  • First Aid training is mandatory.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
  • Food Handlers Certificate Level 1 or equivalent is necessary.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in supervision within hospitality and catering is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are crucial.
