The position of Adult Mental Health Clinician is critical in the Temora Community Mental Health team, focusing on delivering mental health crisis intervention services to individuals within the community. As an expert in this field, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely assessments, evidence-based treatment, and comprehensive case management services for adults referred with psychological disorders and psychiatric illnesses.
You will also be responsible for:
- Daily clinical duties such as triage, assessment, care planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions to support patients/clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
- Participating in collaborative care models, communicating effectively with patients/clients/carers and other healthcare team members/colleagues.
