Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate staff, handling scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Ensure precise event setup and smooth operations.
  • Liaise with clients, staff, and departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Adapt and solve problems under pressure during events.
