Job Description

About the Position

This role involves providing maintenance services to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for residents in a care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality property services, including repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance works to the building, grounds, and equipment
  • Ensuring the physical environment is safe, neat, comfortable, and meets the needs of residents
  • Performing landscaping and garden maintenance tasks
  • Overseeing and maintaining assets, assessing their condition, and recommending replacement as needed
  • Assisting with project management and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications and/or relevant skills training or experience in property maintenance and building works. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
