Job Description

AnglicareSA is committed to delivering essential services efficiently and effectively. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by ensuring compliance with organisational policies.

Your daily activities will involve onboarding new suppliers, maintaining existing contracts, and collaborating with various business units to onboard new suppliers and contractors.

  • Onboarding Process:
  • Ensuring supplier compliance with AnglicareSA's policies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of supplier information.

You will also be responsible for administering tenders through the ASA tender portal to support supplier evaluation and selection.

Additionally, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective working relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate level qualification in Business Administration and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in a procurement administration role and working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
  • Understanding of the procurement life cycle process from initial onboarding to end-of-contract tasks.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage variable workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
