Job Overview

The Property Asset Manager role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing and executing facilities operations programs across our property portfolio, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and safety standards are met.
  • Strengthening partnerships with service providers, focusing on innovation, performance improvement, and value delivery.
  • Designing and implementing strategic procurement plans for property-related categories, aiming to capture addressable spend opportunities.
  • Coordinating leasing and subleasing processes, securing favorable terms and aligning with legal and finance teams.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of direct reports, promoting collaboration, enhancing performance, and maintaining consistent service levels across all sites.

Requirements

A successful Property Asset Manager should possess:

  • Demonstrated expertise in property management, regulatory compliance, and commercial leasing processes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly developed project management skills, with a proven history of delivering complex property-related projects.
  • Skills in supplier engagement, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Extensive experience in property operations, ideally supported by formal qualifications in property or project management.
