At our organization, we are passionate about delivering valuable business insights to support key strategic initiatives.
We seek a highly skilled Key Insights Analyst to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and deliver critical data-driven findings. The successful candidate will be responsible for uncovering meaningful patterns, developing actionable recommendations, measuring the impact of marketing efforts, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide data intelligence, quality control, and oversight for end-to-end campaign execution
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand key business challenges
• Translate business objectives into data requirements
• Perform complex data analysis to understand customer behavior and product dynamics
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations in the form of ad-hoc analysis, reporting, or ongoing requests for multiple teams across the organization (Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
• Develop and implement advanced analytics techniques to build predictive models, segmentations, and targeted campaigns
• Leverage data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively and optimize decision-making processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Highly proficient in SQL and querying relational databases, specifically MS SQL.
• Experience in a similar role or delivering data insights and reporting
• Preferred experience/exposure to reporting platforms such as Tableau & PowerBI
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Python, R, and Matlab is a plus
• Strong understanding of complex data sets, including segmentation, clustering, and predictive modeling
• Agile - ability to handle non-routine problems and situations
