Duties

  • Place clients into work through consistent engagementwith your caseload
  • Understand each individual's barriers to maximisetheir employment opportunities
  • Generate leads and source vacancies
  • Multi-task, stay organised and maintain accuraterecords
  • Facilitate training courses for clients (trainingprovided)
  • Ensure accurate timely administration

Experience is an asset, but equally being new to theemployment industry is not a problem. If you are driven and have a positiveattitude, the ability to manage your workload / priorities and confidence witha variety of customer relationships you can succeed with us.Sureway'straining and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need.
