Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as an Assistant in Nursing. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing holistic and person-centered care to our residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents and clients
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records, including care plans and incident reports

Requirements

  • Hold a qualification in aged care (Certificate 3 or higher)
  • Previous experience in a personal care role in aged care (desirable but not essential)
  • Empathetic and compassionate individual with a passion for caring for others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation
