Job Title: Third in Charge at Hobart Salamanca Store

As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in running the store efficiently. Your primary focus will be on driving and motivating a team of outdoor enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in customer service, merchandising, inventory processes, and standards
  • Take responsibility for the operations of the store in their absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Create an enjoyable experience for each customer through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Strong retail or customer service experience with knowledge of retail operations, including stock control and visual merchandising
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues when needed
  • Strategic thinker with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets
