Administrative Payroll Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll administration.
About the Job:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payrolls, including entering leave, processing employee adjustments, and reconciling payments to third parties.
- Liaise with employees to answer and resolve payroll-related queries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Process superannuation and finance figures, utilizing strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes within the organization.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in payroll administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
