Job Title: Property Care Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the exterior and interior spaces of our properties are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of lawns, including mowing, edging, and weeding.
  • Trimming and shaping hedges and bushes to enhance aesthetic appeal.
  • Implementing weed control measures to maintain outdoor areas.
  • Care for garden beds, planting flowers and shrubs as needed.
  • Performing pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and chemical balancing.
  • Conducting commercial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Monitoring and reporting any issues related to outdoor areas.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and using proper equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, property maintenance, and commercial cleaning.
  • Knowledge of plant care, pest control, horticulture practices, and commercial cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and commercial cleaning tools.
  • Basic understanding of pool maintenance and chemical balancing.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating visually appealing spaces.
  • Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
