About the Role

As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planners in delivering high-quality advice to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients and providing exceptional support to ensure their financial planning needs are met
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with the preparation of client reports, statements of advice, and other documentation
  • Managing client correspondence and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
