Our client is a reputable, professional financial advisory business located in the CBD, offering a supportive and friendly work environment.

The Role - Financial Advice

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advice professional to join our team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing client files for meetings and conducting comprehensive research of products to address client needs.
  • Assisting with the preparation of advice documents for clients and collecting supporting documentation.
  • Using XPLAN and engaging with advisers to prepare advice documentation.
  • Liaising with mortgage brokers, solicitors, paraplanners, and Business Development Managers to stay informed of changes.
  • Maintaining high-quality customer service.

Qualifications and Knowledge

  • Qualification in financial planning is highly desired but not essential
  • Experience in financial planning is essential
  • Knowledge of XPLAN and CRM platforms
