At Monash University, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and sustainable future. As a Senior Project Manager - Sustainable Corporates, you will play a key role in driving impactful change towards a net-zero emissions future.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our sustainability projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage high-impact projects with corporates, financial institutions, governments, and global partners. You will work closely with other teams across Climateworks Centre to support corporates in their journey to net zero emissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research to Action: Convert research and analysis into actionable recommendations for net-zero transitions, prepare external publications, and deliver presentations.
  • Project Leadership: Scope, design, and manage project outputs, develop plans and budgets, and report on progress and performance.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee qualitative and quantitative research, manage internal and external partners, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside and provide support to other teams as required.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in academia, NGOs, business, and government, and engage through various forums.
  • Team Management: Develop and manage a motivated and efficient project team, including external consultants and partners.
