Job Summary

We are seeking a Holiday Casual Team Member to join our team at Kmart Bateau Bay. As a Holiday Casual, you will support our stores during the high trade season, providing excellent customer service and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with sales and inventory management, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
