We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to elderly clients in the Warragul area.

No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015). Our traineeship program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this rewarding career.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive workplace buddy/mentor who will guide and assist you throughout your traineeship and general employment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming">
  • Preparing and serving meals">
  • Setting tables and cleaning up after meals">
  • Assisting with social activities and events">
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues">
