Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Professional to join our award-winning team at Il Bene. Our highly successful wood-fired pizza restaurant was recently crowned with the inaugural Perfect Pizza Award, recognising us as serving the best pizza across all Clubs in NSW.

The successful candidate will have experience in pizza making and be able to prepare dough to a high standard. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team environment. As a key member of our kitchen team, they will assist in the preparation of pizzas from dough to serving, ensuring consistency and quality across all products. They will also maintain all equipment in good order and contribute to the planning of menus on a seasonal basis. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of English and be able to control stock effectively. Additionally, they should have knowledge of HACCP principles and practices, including those related to food safety and hygiene.

This is a permanent full-time position, although we may consider part-time or casual arrangements for the right candidate. The role involves working weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays – candidates must be available during the club's operational hours. We offer flexible hours and conditions, plus penalty rates and entitlements, as well as opportunities for career progression.
