Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with healthcare professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal results
  • Identify and address barriers to successful return-to-work programs
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote employee well-being and productivity

Requirements:

  • Possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work
  • Hold registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC
  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Show pride in helping individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans
