About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Job Coach. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a real difference in people's lives by supporting them towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment.

As a Job Coach, your primary responsibility will be to guide clients towards finding employment that suits their skills and interests. You will work closely with local employers to source job opportunities and provide support to participants throughout the recruitment process.

You will be working with a diverse group of clients, each with unique needs and goals. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be essential in helping them achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to clients to help them develop the skills and confidence needed to find employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and negotiate placements;
  • Work with clients to create personalized action plans to help them achieve their employment goals;
  • Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes;
  • Ensure all activities are recorded and documented in accordance with compliance requirements.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. Key attributes and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A current Driver's Licence.
