Our Fitness Team Needs You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Fitness Trainer to join our team.

Your Role:

  • Deliver safe and effective exercise programs tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide initial assessments and one-off programs for clients.
  • Support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and maintain strong member engagement.
  • Assist with day-to-day business operations, including maintaining clean and organised equipment and spaces.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Fitness, or equivalent experience.
  • The ability to deliver effective training programs and classes in a gym setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach and focus on customer service.
  • An understanding of WHS obligations and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and gym management systems.
