Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking a senior social media specialist to lead content planning, localization, publishing, player engagement and campaign execution for our global franchises.
  • The ideal candidate will partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to develop social plans that amplify franchise beats, support commercial priorities, and celebrate player passion.
  • They will own and lead local social media strategy and content calendar, localizing and originating content across platforms that resonates with players and supports campaign objectives.
  • Responsibilities include managing day-to-day publishing of content, community interactions, and player engagement across social channels.
  • Additionally, they will act as project lead on regional activations in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • They will brief and manage social agencies to support campaign execution and evergreen content.
  • Key performance indicators will be tracked, reported, and analyzed to provide insights to optimize strategy.
  • The successful candidate will stay ahead of platform trends, local cultural moments, and competitive landscape to inform content direction.
  • As an ambassador of our games and values, they will operate online and participate in local community or promotional events when required.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing social media channels in fast-paced marketing or community role.
  • Proven ability to manage content and engagement across major social platforms.
  • Strong editorial and copywriting skills with ability to write in-brand and in-tone.
  • Familiarity with social and content tools.
  • Ability to work across time zones and with global counterparts, operating with autonomy and initiative.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Interest in gaming and digital entertainment beneficial but not required.
