Event Coordinator Role

This role is an excellent chance to join a renowned resort as an Event Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing bookings and enquiries for various events, ensuring that every detail is perfect.
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning or supporting medium-scale events and possess excellent communication skills. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to enquiries for event spaces
- Hosting site tours with guests
- Coordinating bookings for events
- Guiding guests through payment and event details
- Finalising bookings and ensuring every detail is spot on
The successful candidate will bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in event planning or support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Flexibility to adapt to guest enquiries
- A sharp eye for detail
