The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the professional management team to support the well-being of residents at our brand new 150-bed aged care facility in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.

Your Responsibilities:
- Management of day-to-day operations of a 150-bed aged care facility
- Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff
- Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
- Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
- Focusing on staff management and development
A key aspect of the role also involves non-clinical duties such as financial, compliance and admissions management to provide maintenance and continuous improvements within the aged care facility.
