Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, logistics, and inventory management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, ensuring timely delivery of essential medical supplies, driving efficiency, and optimising inventory. They will also partner with clinical and procurement teams to ensure compliance and manage suppliers effectively.

The role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Lead a high-performing team managing warehousing, theatre stores, inventory, and logistics.
  • Drive efficiency, optimise inventory, improve processes, and ensure timely delivery of essential medical supplies.
  • Ensure compliance, manage suppliers, and support critical healthcare operations with precision.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and optimise inventory levels.
  • Managing a team of professionals to ensure effective supply chain operations.
  • Collaborating with clinical and procurement teams to ensure compliance and manage suppliers effectively.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with supply chain operations.
