At Infinite Aged Care, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support services to all residents. This exciting opportunity plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding care and support services.
The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled professional who will work closely with our clinical, sales, admissions, and finance teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our welcome process, overseeing the on-site execution and management of Additional Services/HELF programs, and ensuring social and emotional support is provided to all residents.
About You:
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with residents, families, and team members effectively.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting the needs of elderly individuals.
- You have experience in responding to a high-volume of enquiries.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or relationship management, preferably in the aged care or healthcare industry.
