Job Description

We are seeking a Care and Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Encouraging independence and self-advocacy
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as disability support or social work
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Full Victorian Driver's License
