Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Content Editor to join our team. As a Content Editor, you will be responsible for editing M&A-related and regulatory news content for our flagship platforms.This role involves working with a wide team of reporters and analysts across regions. You will need to ensure the accuracy of information gathered by reporters and adhere to our coverage criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and edit key time-sensitive market intelligence and prioritize publication.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information gathered by reporters.
  • The role involves extensive on-the-job learning and candidates must be self-motivated.
  • Open to working flexible shifts.
  • Work independently and in collaboration with a wide team of reporters and analysts across regions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • A passion for journalism and editing.
  • Experience in reporting and editing for financial news services, newspapers or online publications.
  • A postgraduate degree or diploma in journalism would be preferred.
  • Research editors/copy editors at business intelligence-focused organizations, news publications/magazines, credit agencies or city editors who have experience in covering market intelligence can also apply.
  • The candidate will need to work across different time zones as and when necessary.
