Senior Marketing Manager

A key responsibility as Senior Marketing Manager is to lead the development and tactical deployment of marketing strategies to ensure optimal engagement and revenue generation across all channels and brands.

Your role will include:

  • The Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies
  • Performance analysis and reporting
  • Leading Content creation and management
  • Leading and developing a collaborative high performing team

You will bring:

  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline and a minimum of six (6) years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong operational and strategic leadership experience, including a proven track record of building, engaging and motivating a high performing team
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Subject matter expert knowledge in lifecycle marketing and CRM with the ability to conceptualise and map key customer trigger points
  • Proven experience working in Loyalty or Rewards program
