Key Responsibilities- Lead transmission line engineering projects and work closely with clients to understand their project brief and technical requirements.
- Formulate design solutions for transmission projects from 66kV to 500kV.
- Work proactively to implement innovative solutions and mentor the wider transmission design team.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of solutions from the ground up, partnering with clients to achieve their goals.
- Manage client expectations and build strong relationships to deliver a good outcome for all.
- Significant experience in developing transmission line designs for high voltage electricity networks.
- Ability to work well with others to deliver as a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a team of engineers and designers (locally and/or internationally) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Able to manage client expectations and build strong relationships to deliver a good outcome for all.
- Ability to deliver successful outcomes.
