
Data And Automation Specialist

Collaborating closely with the Product, Credit, Data and Technology Platforms, and Regulatory Reporting teams, we aim to optimise business opportunities within clearly understood and acceptable risk parameters.

What role will you play? As a Data and Automation Specialist, you will leverage data and automation (including AI) to drive business solutions.
Your work will influence key decisions, enhance data-driven insights, and improve processes.
You will implement models, improve data quality, and share knowledge to embed best practices within the organisation.
What you offer 3+ years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within banking or financial services Proficiency in SQL Strong programming skills in R, Python, C++, or similar languages A solid educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields Experience with Git version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket, Git Hub, Git Lab) and an interest in exploring AI tools for effective solutions Excellent communication, business analysis skills, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement We welcome applications from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
