Sales Operations Director

In the absence of the Store Manager, this role assumes store operations, training, employee management, visual merchandising, and asset protection responsibilities.
The Assistant Manager leads a team to deliver exceptional customer service by coaching and motivating them to drive sales. This involves:
- Cultivating a customer-centric culture within the team
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through product knowledge
- Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
- Fostering a collaborative environment between customers, sales associates, and store leadership
- Maintaining awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends
This role requires strong leadership skills with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting. The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Cultivate and motivate a high-performing team
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Show confidence in customer engagement and motivation to achieve results
