Animal Care Administrator

**About the Role**
We are seeking a veterinary administrator to join our team in south-east Queensland. This position is based in our main office in Stafford on the northside of Brisbane.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of what it is we do and where we fit into the veterinary ecosystem, which is unique amongst referral disciplines in fostering long-term relationships with clients and patients.
As part of our administration team, you will understand that good communication is key to fostering trust and delivering excellent client service. You will be responsible for managing patient information, communicating with clients and veterinarians, and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.
You will receive initial training to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. Our team is highly skilled and dedicated to providing exceptional care to animals.
In this role, you will work closely with our veterinarians and nurses to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
