Project Lead Position">

The University is seeking a Project Lead to spearhead the adoption of active learning pedagogies across all modes of delivery. This role will involve planning and scoping projects related to the adoption of active learning pedagogies, as well as educational experience projects in our City Campus program.

This full-time, fixed-term position requires a Postgraduate qualification and extensive experience, or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training, or professional accreditation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating pedagogically-sound programs and resources that inspire adult learners through technology-enhanced and online learning.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies in a multi-campus large organisational context, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and proven ability to collaborate with and influence different levels of academic and professional staff are essential.

Experience in project management across the full life cycle, including managing and leading a team, and familiarity with one or more project/program management methodologies (such as Agile) is required.
