Job Opportunity: Director Of Nursing Relief Coordinator

Remote Health Services is seeking a skilled and experienced nursing professional to fill the role of Director of Nursing Coordinator/Reliever. This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual to provide operational and professional leadership in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.

The Director of Nursing Coordinator/Reliever plays a critical role in shaping clinical governance, coordinating service delivery, and managing healthcare teams. This position requires a high level of expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure provision of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient safety and quality of care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Remote Health Services' strategy

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences
  • C Class Motor Vehicle Licence
  • Pre-employment screening including Criminal History checks
  • Proof of vaccination or immunity to specific diseases
  • Period of probation may apply
