Senior Geotechnical Specialist

Geotechnical engineers play a pivotal role in shaping project outcomes through comprehensive ground investigations, meticulous analysis, and innovative design solutions for infrastructure and building projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing site investigations, laboratory testing, and associated health and safety protocols;
- Conducting geotechnical analysis and design (e.g. foundations, retention systems, earthworks, seismic assessments) for buildings and infrastructure projects;
- Interpreting ground conditions and preparing technical reports and geotechnical documentation;
- Collaborating with engineering teams, project stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose geotechnical solutions;
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development and client relationship building.
We are seeking a degree-qualified Civil Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in geotechnical design and construction, possessing sound knowledge of Sydney ground conditions.
