Seeking an exceptional finance leader to join our team. As a strategic finance partner, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring robust forecasting, and enabling data-driven decisions.

  • Act as the business partner for our retail team, ensuring commercial initiatives are financially sound and performance is optimised through:
    • Understanding retail strategy and aligning financial targets
    • Analysing monthly fleet performance and identifying improvements
    • Preparing business cases for new store openings and handling setup administration
    • Managing monthly store bonus calculations
    • Driving forecast and budget submissions with precision
    • Leading ad hoc analysis to challenge assumptions and influence strategy
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting process, including submissions to regional and global HQs and data uploads to global reporting systems
  • Partner with our marketing activation team to track and optimise spend across campaigns and sports marketing, ensuring accuracy and value for money
  • Consolidate and analyse total OPEX, preparing detailed, accurate forecasts and delivering clear variance analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting processes to improve accuracy, speed, and insight quality
  • Provide leadership and support across various finance projects and ad hoc tasks
Key ResponsibilitiesFundamental Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning or similar finance leadership roles
  • CPA or CA qualification essential
  • Retail experience highly desirable
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical and Excel skills
  • Proficiency in SAP; PowerBI experience is a plus
Education & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or CA qualified
  • 7+ years' experience in a comparable financial planning role
