We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage risk and ensure exceptional service throughout our retail banking operations.
This role involves proactively managing risk and protecting the quality of our products and services. The primary responsibility is to handle dispute cases raised to regulatory bodies across a wide range of banking products.
Main Responsibilities:- Investigate and analyze disputes in line with regulatory requirements and timeframes directed by dispute resolution bodies
- Create well-informed written submissions and document production at each stage of the dispute process
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely information is shared
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Prior experience managing disputes, particularly within financial services
- An analytical mindset, allowing you to thoroughly investigate cases and make informed recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to draft precise documentation and clearly convey case information
