About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Goodstart Bees Creek. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs offered to children, collaborating with Educators to enhance the learning experience and deepen their understanding of child development and early years content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NT Working with Children Check
