We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Retail Manager to join our team in Castle Towers, Sydney.
About the Role:
- Leverage your retail expertise to drive sales growth, exceed KPIs, and consistently raise the performance of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
- Foster a selling culture by utilizing reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with senior management and fellow team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, drive business outcomes, and maintain a positive store culture.
- Ensure seamless communication within the team by providing effective feedback and consistent updates to management.
- Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and staff matters within a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading a high-performing team across various categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness; as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our product offerings and staying up-to-date with industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, with a track record of delivering results in areas such as profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents our brand values.
- The ability to maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
- A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
