Job Title

A Dance Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality dance programs to children in childcare centres, preschools, and schools. The role involves instructing a set program with structured sessions and topics, ensuring each class is run according to the meticulous class plan while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere for the children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dance programs to children in various settings.
  • Ensure classes are conducted in accordance with provided plans.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in dance and movement, a strong passion for teaching young children, and a bubbly, fun, and energetic personality. They must also have a valid driver's license, own vehicle, relevant background in dance, interest in working with young children, and strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A Certificate IV in Dance or equivalent qualification is desirable but not necessary.
