Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Artisan Baker to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a skilled baker with a passion for delivering high-quality products, you'll be responsible for baking bread, pastries, and other sweet treats for our customers. You'll work collaboratively with our team members to ensure that every item that leaves our bakery meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Your day will be filled with the sights and smells of freshly baked goods, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about baking, we'd love to hear from you

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent qualification;
  • Experience working in a commercial bakery environment;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Physical ability to lift heavy bags of flour and stand for long periods.
